Gina Holl, Principal

AgileInsight Consultant Group (ACG)

Gina Holl has been employed in various areas of research administration for the past 20 years. Before deciding to launch her own consulting group, she served as the Director of Research Administration for the Boyce Thompson Institute (BTI), on the Cornell University campus in Ithaca, NY, overseeing all areas of research administration compliance, as well as pre- and post-awards areas and sponsored financial services.  Prior to joining BTI, she served as a Grants and Contracts Officer for Cornell University, responsible for the administrative management of hundreds of sponsored awards annually. 

In her various roles, she has advised universities, research institutions, private and public sector companies (including start-up companies) in all aspects of sponsored research including regulation interpretation and policy implementation. She began her career in policy and administration in Washington, DC, where she gained a wealth of grants and project management experience working in the policy development and lobbying fields. 

Gina has extensive experience in proposal review, approval, and submission; implementation of compliance policies and training; and intellectual property and technology transfer issues.
